Big Zuu

I regularly write about future stars within the Grime and Rap scene, trying to inform my readers about the talent of the scenes brightest young artists. The latest artist I am writing about is Big Zuu, I hope you all realise how talented he is after this article if you haven't already.

Big Zuu is an up and coming Grime artist reigning from Ladbroke Grove in West London. He stands out within the London Grime scene which is an exceptional accomplishment, as the Grime scene within London is huge. To make an impact within the scene, you need to have an immense amount of talent as well as an exceptional work rate. if artists are unable to produce regular high quality content they will be overlooked and forgotten about, Big Zuu understood this and that's why he has a vast range of content which has resulted in him receiving a constantly growing loyal fan base.

Big Zuu is an artist everyone should be looking out for, releasing a variety of top quality music such as his latest release on Soundcloud ODB freestyle. His vibe is infectious as soon as I listen to any of his music my mood changes; every artist wants this to happen as that means their music has a personal connection with their fans. However a significant amount of artists are unable to achieve this affect due to either unrealistic lyrics or lack of talent, whereas Big Zuu achieves this with every track, which paves the way for him to receive the success he deserves as people are finally realising the talent this guy possesses.

Big Zuu is part of the crew MTP which stands for “My team paid” members including AJ Tracey, ETS, Dee, Toonz, Sketch, Arkay and Wax. The crew originate from Ladbroke grove in West London, which was created by AJ Tracey an Big Zuu. Due to the fact they all support one another, showcasing each other’s content I believe MTP will become one of the most successful groups within the Grime scene. Personally I’m hoping for a group project at some point, so everyone can experience the immense talent each member of the group posesses.

He also hosts the Joints show on Radar Radio, where he showcases a variety of music within the grime and rap scene as well as interviewing artists such as AJ Tracey and Santan Dave. His fans from the show have their own label “Joints Crew” he has a personal connection with his fans which I believe allows fans to establish a sense of loyalty towards him, as he receives an exceptional amount of support after every tune he releases.

As well as a variety of content on his personal Soundcloud, he also has a variety of videos on iconic YouTube platforms within the scene such as SBTV, JDZ media and Link Up TV. He accumulates vast amounts of views which anchors his status within the scene, his fan base is constantly growing as he is beginning to receive recognition for his solo work rather than solely receiving appraisal for his collaborative work with his group MTP.

The question I assume you’re all asking is will Big Zuu become an iconic figure within the scene, my answer to that is of course he will his music is exceptional his vibe is infectious, all his fans have an emotional connection to his tracks which is essential when trying to establish a fan base as a growing artist. His radio show on Radar Radio the Joints show showcases his versatility within the music scene, as he is able to DJ and entertain an audience without having to spit bars. Within the next few years we will witness Big Zuu’s rise to fame and we will all realise how much he deserved it.
