Stacks C king and Queen

Stacks C has dropped a new song called king and queen with exceptional visuals. The song itself is available to stream and download on Google Play, ITunes and Spotify. The visuals are also available on his personal YouTube channel which has received 145 views in less than 24 hours. Yes this isn’t an exceptional amount of views to receive for some artists; however I believe his content will allow him to grow and receive recognition for the talent he possesses.

The visuals are exceptional the use of a variety of different camera shot such as close ups, medium shots and over the shoulder shots allow the story Stacks is telling to become far more relatable as viewers don’t have to use their imagination to visualise each lyric. This allows the audience to take in each lyric rather than focusing solely on visualising what is being said, so there will be more focus on Stacks’ emotional lyrics which will have a significantly stronger effect on them.

The song combines real life lyrics with a suitable instrumental which enables the audience to relate as he doesn’t glorify his life he showcases that everyone has hard times and it’s how you get past them that matters. The instrumental was perfect for the track as it anchored the heartfelt nature of the song. Listeners will be able to relate to this song as the majority of us have gone through hard times with the ones we love. He also comments on how someone’s past can affect their future, as his girls friends dislike him due to his image, they see him as a cheater so he raps about how this girl changed him for the better. This will appeal heavily to his female fans as he is showcasing a warmer side of himself which will allow him to reach a wider audience.

Personally I’m hoping for more grime orientated content as I think he is best equipped for that type of flow, Stacks is an artist I believe can grow within the industry. Already accomplishing a significant amount within the scene, having videos on iconic platforms such as Link Up TV. This is exceptional as it allows him to increase his own brand; due to the size of the platforms he is able to showcase his musical talent on.
