Within my articles I regularly talk about the UK Grime and Rap scene reaching global audiences, always paying homage to the artists themselves highlighting their content. However one man always comes to mind when I think about how far our music scene has come, that man goes by the name Too Blunt.

Too Blunt has being showcasing UK talent to his American friends and viewers for years, he took the time to learn and understand UK slang in order to take in the full extent of the powers the UK artists possess. You can see how much he enjoys the UK music, the reaction he has is the same as us when we hear a great verse or a cold 4 bars. When you watch him listen to a track his reactions are natural, unlike an abundance of people who create superficial responses in order to engage with the loyal fans of the genre.

His channel has 73,578 subscribers and 19,132,195 views from 813 videos, which in other words mean 19,132,195 people have watched UK talent all because Too Blunt followed his passion for UK music and wanted others to enjoy it as much as he does. This should instil within us all that anything is possible, he created a channel millions of people watch all because he followed his passion so why can’t you achieve your goals?

He doesn’t hold back and will always provide tracks with honest ratings giving them a rating out of ten, I admire his honesty rather than seeking approval from UK artists. He provides us all with his honest opinion with both criticism and positive comments showcasing his passion and knowledge of the genre by understand what creates a top quality track within the UK industry.
