Izzie Gibbs is an artist I first listened to years ago the first track of his I heard was his “bar for bar freestyle on P110 which was released on the 17th of January 2013. Surprisingly the track has only accumulated 64,133 views however I’m surprised by this because of the talent he possesses now. Izzie has grown and developed in the last few years he wasn’t always the exceptional emcee he is now, like every artist within the scene he didn’t start at the top he worked his way up and is finally receiving recognition for his exceptional content.
One of my personal favourite tracks/freestyles of Izzie’s has to be his Hardest Out video on GRM Daily. The video has received 51,720 views, 1,392 likes and 144 comments. Personally I believe this video should have over a million views, I have never skanked so hard to a freestyle in my life his raw vibe was crazy proving to everyone that he is definitely an artist to be reckoned with.
Since I really took in Izzie I began hunting for all of Izzie’s projects, I definitely wasn’t disappointed Blacked out, Project X and Jutsu to name a few alongside a variety of tracks featuring on albums for ionic creators such as Kenny Allstar. I am unbelievably happy that I am able to take in Izzie and all his unique flows and styles of music, his versatile nature will play an integral role within the success he is going to receive in the up and coming years.
Izzie Gibbs dropped one of the hardest Mad About Bars freestyles ever, this was a pivotal reason for me taking Izzie in, after some of his less prolific videos I overlooked him disregarding him as an artist and I openly admit I made a mistake. I wish I had joined his musical journey quicker, as I’d have been able to witness the improvements he showcases in each and every video he drops.
For your own good take in Izzie Gibbs because I’m predicting huge things for the artist and you don’t want to miss out. I can’t wait to hear an album and witness his own headline shows and you should all be excited too. Izzie energy on a track is infectious you won’t be able to stop yourself from skanking the way he “bodies” tracks is crazy.
