K2 dropped a "Madness"

One of the most prolific up and coming artists within Birmingham dropped a “Madness” this week, K2 dropped the remix of “Madness” a track by one of, if not the most iconic Rap artist to come out of Birmingham within recent years. The track is exactly what it said… a madness. I have been listening to K2 for years and honestly I wasn’t a huge fan, however his progression is obvious within the last few tracks and freestyles he dropped so if you haven’t taken them in do so now. It’s almost as if each track he drops is a visualisation of his progression, each track I listened to forced me to believe he couldn’t meet that same level of content again and each time he dropped another song he proved me wrong.

The track itself is available on P110 YouTube channel and has already accumulated 47,000 views and 1,000 likes alongside 95 comments and all of which were positive. The support K2 has received has being phenomenal and deservedly so, his progression within the scene is obvious he has being dropping track after track increasing his exceptional portfolio.

I believe K2 was the perfect artist to remix Mist’s track. Mist needed to ensure the artist suited the track in order to avoid someone completely ruining one of the most iconic releases of recent years. That is exactly what he did, the combination of one of Birmingham’s top Artists and one of the most exciting prospects combined to create a banger I will make my kids listen to in years to come.

Birmingham are becoming one of the most prolific cities within the scene with artists such as Jaykae, D2, Dapz on the map and Scorpz dropping an array of high quality music and K2 has definitely joined that list I am predicting huge things for this young artist and hope to see him drop an album and shutdown a variety of shows in the near future.

So the last thing I will say is this, support young artists because they are the future we need to ensure that the Grime and Rap scene live on forever so support these young artists on their musical journeys and witness the development of these global stars in the making.
